1.1. The contractual partner for all orders is NeonRingLights (Jakob Jahn, Waldstraße 50B90763 Fuerth)
1.2. Customers within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions are private customers in accordance with §13 BGB.
1.3. All mutual claims arising from and in connection with the conclusion of a contract between the customer and NeonRingLights shall always be governed by these General Terms and Conditions for Private Customers in the version valid at the time of conclusion of the respective contract.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
2.1. The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process.
2.2. The contract is concluded when NeonRingLights accepts the customer's order. By clicking on the order button, you place a binding order. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by automated e-mail immediately after the order is placed.
Sending the order. Your order is accepted by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate e-mail or by delivery of the goods, whereby receipt by the customer is decisive.
If working days are specified as deadlines, this shall mean all weekdays with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays at our registered office in Fuerth (Bavaria).
2.3. A binding contract can also be concluded beforehand as follows:
-If you have chosen the payment method PayPal, the contract is concluded at the time of your confirmation of the payment instruction to PayPal.
-If you have selected the credit card payment method, the contract is concluded at the time of confirmation of the payment instruction to the respective lender.
§ 3 Order data
The order data will be sent together with the cancellation policy in the order confirmation. The text of the contract is saved and can be viewed in the customer account in the online store or, if no customer account has been set up, this e-mail request can be sent to neonringlights@mail.de.
§ 4 Right of withdrawal
4.1. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the last goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

4.2. Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

§ 5 Delivery, shipping costs, delivery times

5.3. Subject to correct and punctual delivery to NeonRingLights, NeonRingLights shall be responsible for fast delivery. If only a part of the order is not immediately available, the remaining goods will be delivered later without charging shipping costs.
5.4. Deliveries are made worldwide, there may be a surcharge for islands, which is not included in the shipping costs. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.
5.5 The calculated delivery dates are only average values and are not guaranteed. Express delivery is possible on request.
§ 6 Prices, terms of payment
6.1. According to §19 UStG I am exempt from sales tax. The prices in the private customer area of the online store are final prices and do NOT include VAT.
6.2. The prices displayed in the shopping cart or at the checkout apply to orders.
6.3. In addition to the final price for the goods, the prices for additional services are shown on the invoice: Packaging, shipping, premium shipping, etc.
6.4. NeonRingLights reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases in order to hedge the credit risk.
§ 7 Warranty
